You see, you don’t own the car. None of them belong to you. They are like shopping carts. You pick up a car. Use it, then stack it when you get where you are going. When you come back you take another one. It’s all very San Francisco.

Your thinkig is wrong! cars are all the same here in this theory. they are not as personal as todays cars. they are just like public trafic. and ofcorse they are made just for the cities. in this theory you can just take car in front of line. its actually not so bad if you can think a bit different about future city traffic.
that is just a place where u pick up a car, like grocery carts…. u use it and then stack it back when u leave

It is not a car that you are suppose to own, it is a public service. You rent the first on the stack and you do you things. When you’re done you stack it somewhere, like a trolley in shopping center.

if they were personal vehicles rather than for public use, they could fit nicely “forward” parking rather than parallel stackable parking?
For it’s application of city driving, what percentage of the time is someone going to want to have more than two people? For most of the population it works which is the point. There will always be exceptions, such as too young to drive? but perhaps they might install a kind of towing mechanism you can enable to drive three kids around in two vehicles.
thats a good mall concept or zoo transport .. or like a transport from your car to the enterance of someplace like disneyland where the parking lot is miles big
